Renewal
Basic and Pro are monthly subscriptions. They renew every month until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your Whop account. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
If you ask for a refund within 7 days of your first purchase, we review it case by case. Email hello@quantbetslab.com from the address you bought with, and tell us what went wrong. Renewals after the first purchase are not normally refunded, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
Where the law gives you the right to a refund or a cancellation period, that right applies and nothing here removes it.
Payments
Whop processes payments and refunds. If we approve a refund, it goes back to the payment method you used.
